We've been in tech for 25+ years. Hired hundreds of people, been hired ourselves, watched thousands of job searches play out. And the pattern is always the same.

People hire people they know. That's it. Referred candidates get hired at 4-5x the rate of cold applicants. (source) Most companies pay their employees $1,000 to $10,000+ for referrals that lead to a hire. Your friend gets a bonus, you get a job. Both people win.

Your connections aren't sitting around watching their company's job board. They have no idea what's open. If you asked them about a specific role though? They'd probably be happy to help.

So we built a tool that watches for you. You tell us who you know and where they work, we monitor those companies' actual career pages, and when something relevant opens up, you know about it. Then you reach out to your person with a real ask: "Hey, I saw your company is hiring for X. Would you be open to referring me?"

That's it. That's the whole idea.

Every job gets scored based on what you care about. Salary, seniority, domain, location, how senior your contact is there. Your best opportunities float to the top.
