Lead with purpose and make a lasting impact.
At Thornbury Community Services, we believe exceptional care starts with strong leadership and genuine connections. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, support individuals in achieving personal goals, and create an environment where independence and dignity thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers.

  • Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance with safeguarding standards.
  • Promote independence and positive risk-taking for service users.
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Competitive pay rates – plus sleep-in allowance.
  • Leadership training and career development opportunities – grow with us.

What We’re Looking For

We want passionate, resilient professionals who can lead by example. To join our team, you’ll need:

  • You must be registered with Social Care Wales
  • Experience in mental health or social care.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Full driving licence desirable.

Why Choose Us?

Joining our team means joining a compassionate service that values people—not just as clients, but as individuals. You’ll enjoy job satisfaction and the chance to make a difference that lasts.
