Our Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Associate Director, Instock Management to join our growing organization in Plantation, Florida. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving end-to-end inventory management, operational excellence, and strategic supply chain initiatives. You will oversee critical functions such as inventory performance, supply planning, manufacturing coordination, vendor performance, and cross-functional alignment across multiple internal and external partners.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of supply planning and inventory management, including long-term and short-term strategy development.
- Manage a team of supply chain professionals, including hiring, coaching, and organizational development.
- Oversee inventory availability, forecasting alignment, and inventory health metrics, ensuring high service levels while balancing cost and efficiency.
- Drive end-to-end supply chain execution, from manufacturing or supplier production through inbound flows into the network.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities that enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with planning, forecasting, operations, finance, vendor management, and other key partners to develop and optimize processes.
- Define and improve SLAs, analytical models, and performance frameworks to guide inventory decisions and improve customer experience.
- Support logistics and transportation strategy to enhance speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Lead initiatives focused on system enhancements, automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and communicate project plans, aligning teams on business goals and execution milestones.
- Engage external partners and suppliers to establish both short- and long-term production strategies aligned with business needs.
- Position may require some travel.
What You’ll Need
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–10+ years of supply chain, planning, or inventory management experience, with current or recent responsibility for people leadership (3+ direct reports).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building models and using data to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Proven success in developing teams, solving complex problems, and delivering measurable results.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, purchasing, manufacturing, and inventory management systems.
- Experience in developing scalable processes in high-growth or complex environments.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel; SQL and Tableau preferred.
- Ability to think creatively, challenge conventions, and build innovative supply chain solutions.
- Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or end-to-end inventory management required.
- Experience with private label, imports, or direct manufacturing partnerships is a plus.
- Advanced technical abilities (SQL, Python, statistical analysis) are a bonus.
The base salary range for this role is $137,500 - $245,000.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
