Job Summary

Your Career
We’re seeking a strategic and execution-driven Sr. Product Manager to shape and elevate our product experience in the Vulnerability Management team. You will define new features, own core product areas, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Endpoint (EDR/XDR), Vulnerability Management, or Cloud Security, and is equally comfortable in technical discussions and customer-facing presentations.


Your Impact

  • Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Translate customer needs and technical considerations into clear business and functional requirements.
  • Partner with UX to craft intuitive user experiences, focusing on workflows and dashboards that drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer insights, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead go-to-market readiness by working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by validating features, testing builds, and guiding post-launch iterations.
  • Act as a product evangelist, articulating the product vision and competitive differentiators to stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience or PhD with 3 years of experience.
  • Extensive experience in Cybersecurity, specifically in Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Security, or Cloud Security (CNAPP, CSPM).
  • At least 4 years of direct experience in a Product Management role.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable product deliverables in partnership with engineering teams.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical/military experience.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience managing day-to-day product delivery operations, with leadership in complex project execution being a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering compelling presentations.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and a highly organized approach to information gathering.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$148,700.00 - $240,525.00/yr
