Job Summary
As an Enterprise Client Executive at NetApp, you will take ownership of a select portfolio of 10-15 named Fortune accounts within the TOLA territory, with a focus on the greater Oklahoma region. This role is crucial in driving significant revenue growth by building and expanding strategic relationships with enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with your Account Technology Specialist (Solutions Engineer) to develop and execute a comprehensive technical and sales strategy, delivering the full value of the NetApp portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with 10-15 named enterprise accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand NetApp's footprint.
- Sales Strategy: Partner with the Account Technology Specialist to define and execute a technical strategy that aligns with customer goals and drives account growth.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through strategic account management, proactive engagement, and solution selling.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, develop customized solutions, and present formal quotes and proposals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with NetApp’s internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Product Specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Schedule and lead customer meetings, bringing in additional NetApp team members as needed to support the sales process and ensure alignment with technical and business needs.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges to position NetApp’s solutions effectively.
- Leadership and Influence: Serve as a subject matter expert within the sales team, contributing to team initiatives and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in enterprise-level sales, with a focus on selling storage, cloud solutions, or related technologies.
- Industry Expertise: Strongly preferred experience in cloud storage and on-premises storage within the tech B2B sector, ensuring a deep understanding of both environments and their business implications.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas, with experience managing and growing enterprise accounts.
- Technical Collaboration: Experience working in tandem with Solutions Engineers or Architects to drive sales success.
- Sales Acumen: Strong analytical skills with a background in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and relationship management.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels within enterprise organizations.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is 330,000- 350,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
