- Activate targeted ABM programs across key regions, orchestrating tailored plays with sales to accelerate growth in top accounts.
- Partner closely with sales leadership, account executives, partner managers, and BDR teams to ensure complete alignment on marketing initiatives, lead flow, and follow-up.
- Plan, manage, and execute a variety of events, including tradeshow ancillaries, executive roundtables, workshops, and more.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness and ROI of field marketing activities, using data-driven insights and analytics to refine your approach continuously.
- Work seamlessly with central marketing, product marketing, and operations to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Assist with creating and localizing compelling content and marketing materials that resonate with target accounts.
- Manage and monitor the marketing budget for your field initiatives
What You'l;l Bring
- 5-8+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with a proven track record in field marketing and ABM. Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies is strongly preferred.
- A strategic, data-driven thought process that uses analytics to inform decisions and optimize programs for measurable outcomes.
- Strong project and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A closed-loop communication style that features stellar collaboration and consensus-building skills. You know how to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and drive collaborative projects forward with one goal.
- Ability to work independently, proactively seeking solutions and building relationships. You are a creative problem-solver by nature, skilled at architecting innovative solutions and new approaches to complex challenges.
- Strong technical capabilities - including hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft, and marketing automation platforms.
