Job Description

Strength in Trust

OneTrust’s mission is to enable innovation through the responsible use of data and AI. We believe that ensuring data is trusted shouldn’t slow teams down—it should accelerate what’s possible. This led us to develop the first technology platform for responsible data use in 2016. Today, with AI representing the latest and most impactful expansion of data yet, OneTrust is once again redefining what responsible innovation looks like.

OneTrust, the AI‑Ready Governance Platform™, unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows so businesses can continue to move at the speed of AI while ensuring good governance to prevent data misuse at scale. Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, OneTrust is shaping the future where trusted data becomes a transformative force for business and society.

The Challenge

We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to define and lead the strategy for shared capabilities — including how we discover customer data, apply rules to it, and make that data readily available across products and AI experiences. You’ll be the connective hub between product innovation, customer value, and business impact.  This role is about shaping how our shared data foundations ensure responsible data use and show up naturally in customer experiences.

Your Mission

  • Set the strategic vision. Define how our shared data foundations create clear, consistent value across products and AI experiences.
  • Drive alignment between value and investment. Prioritize shared capability initiatives that unlock measurable outcomes — improving customer impact, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Connect use cases to business strategy. Translate product usage and customer needs into insights that inform company-wide decisions and long-term product direction.
  • Champion customer and market understanding. Recognize how expectations around data clarity and responsible use are changing — and steer our roadmap to meet them.
  • Unify the product ecosystem. Ensure consistency and connectivity across domains so that each product contributes to a cohesive and connected data experience.
  • Lead through influence. Partner with UX, Engineering, Architecture, GTM, and executive leadership to align on priorities, resource allocation, and shared capabilities evolution.
  • Develop product leaders. Mentor Senior and Principal PMs to think strategically, connect their domains to business outcomes, and lead with autonomy.
  • Represent the shared capabilities narrative. Communicate the vision, value, and roadmap across internal teams, executives, and clients — linking shared capabilities innovation to real-world impact.
  • Guide strategic decision-making. Use product data, customer insights, and market intelligence to inform trade-offs and investments at the portfolio level.

You Are

A strategic thinker who turns data and product capabilities into business leverage. You think in systems, value chains, and long-term outcomes — translating shared capabilities potential into client and company value. You lead through clarity, influence, and insight, empowering teams to align around what matters most.

Your Experience Includes

  • 10+ years in product management, including experience leading PM teams or driving multi-domain product strategy.
  • Proven success defining and executing on shared capabilities or data strategies that delivered measurable customer and business value.
  • Deep understanding of how data flows across systems, how AI can act on that data, and how these capabilities show up in real SaaS or B2B customer workflows.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic advantage — shaping both go-to-market and internal alignment.
  • Strong commercial and customer orientation — experienced in connecting product use to revenue, retention, and client impact.
  • Exceptional communication and influence — able to align executives, engineers, and partners around shared priorities and long-term vision.
  • Track record of mentoring PMs to think beyond delivery and own business outcomes.
