"We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Order to Cash processes and modules. The ideal candidate will possess extensive functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Applications, particularly Order Management and Accounts Receivable, combined with a solid technical foundation in Oracle's database structures and SQL query capabilities. This role requires someone who not only understands standard Oracle functionality but can think creatively to design innovative solutions when out-of-the-box capabilities fall short. What You’ll Contribute
Provide expert-level support and process improvements related to Oracle Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules.
Partner with business users to optimize Order to Cash processes and resolve complex functional challenges.
Design and implement solutions for sales order, billing, collections, and revenue recognition workflows.
Design innovative and practical solutions for challenges that cannot be addressed using standard Oracle functionality.
Write detailed functional specifications for custom solutions and collaborate with development teams for implementation.
Provide day-to-day incident resolution and user support for Oracle EBS Applications Business as required.
Facilitate monthly business review meetings to identify system challenges and improvement opportunities.
Act as liaison between business and technical resources, advocating for business partner needs.
Support integrations with third-party CRM, fulfillment and sales order systems.
Define, document, and implement system configuration changes.
Partner with business teams to implement quality integrations with Oracle Billing.
Approach business challenges creatively while maintaining system integrity and best practices.
What We’re Seeking
Oracle EBS Applications experience with deep functional expertise in Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules Business Systems Analysis.
Strong knowledge of related Oracle modules including Service Contracts, Advanced Pricing, General Ledger, Oracle Projects, Inventory Management and eBTax.
Technical proficiency with Oracle database structures and ability to write SQL select statements.
Proven experience designing and documenting custom functional solutions for complex business requirements.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and explore innovative approaches to system challenges.
Nice to have understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) and their integration with Oracle EBS Knowledge of finance/accounting principles and month-end close processes.
Experience with audit requirements and SOX compliance in EBS environments(preferred)
Nice to have experience in subscription billing, recurring revenue, or complex pricing models, knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and their Oracle EBS implementation, familiarity with credit management and collections processes and experience with multi-org, multi-currency, or international implementations.
Experience with Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, or personalization. Knowledge of Oracle Workflow Builder and Process Builder Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms(preferred).
Understanding of APIs and web services for system integrations(preferred).
Strong partnership skills with ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $105,000 to $165,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
