QA Manual Engineer

What You'll Do

• Own and strictly implement test plans for various features and systems.

• Perform comprehensive manual testing to identify and resolve issues.

• Successfully lead bug triage sessions and determine quality risks.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and build teams.

• Report on quality metrics and keep collaborators promptly informed.

• Promote the use of standard processes for QA and offer support to junior team members to help them progress.

• Maintain and apply QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Postman.

• Use Charles Proxy to monitor network traffic and debug issues.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in manual testing within a software development environment.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, and Charles Proxy.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

• A passion for gaming and a dedication to delivering high-quality products.

This is a hybrid position, combining remote work with three days per week working from our Skopje office.
