Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Talent Management team to drive initiatives tied to HR’s strategic priorities. This individual contributor role leads complex, cross-functional projects, partnering closely across the Talent & Inclusion organization, as well as with other HR COEs and HRBPs. In this role, you will be responsible for both the project plan and the development of key enablement materials such as FAQs, SOPs, and toolkits. The breadth of the role requires a strong connective lens, ensuring individual projects are aligned with the broader Talent Management and HR ecosystems.
What You’ll Do:
- Translate strategy into actionable plans, processes, and deliverables
- Develop and own detailed project plans, including identifying dependencies, risks and tradeoffs
- Lead groups of cross-functional customers to develop and roll out Talent Management strategies
- Create change management materials, such as FAQs, SOPs, process documentation, and manager enablement tools
- Own engagement and partnership with key customers, such as Compliance, Legal and HRBPs
- Serve as thought partner to peers and leaders within team to develop strategy
- Partner with the broader Talent & Inclusion organization on communication and change management
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, HR Program Management, or related enterprise roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformational programs, demonstrating deep change management expertise and the ability to mobilize enterprise customers
- Ability to translate strategy into executable programs, tools, communications, and training for multiple audiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using written narratives such as white papers or memos to communicate recommendations and support decisions is preferred

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $176,000.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
