ADS partners with local, state, and federal programs to fund and coordinate a range of services, including case management, in-home care, caregiver support, and community living connections.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;font-style: normal;color:inherit;text-align: left;text-indent: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;font-style: normal;color:inherit;text-align: left;text-indent: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">The SAII will be a key advisor to the ADS Division Director, Contracts Unit Manager III and Deputy Division&nbsp;</span></span><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">Director. The position will develop and implement policies and programs to continue improvements to the administrative and operational performance of the ADS Contracts Unit.</span></span></p><br><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">This is a Term Limited opportunity anticipated to last up to one year with possible extension.&nbsp;</span></span><br><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">The first pull of resumes will be on December 2.&nbsp;</span></span><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;" data-pasted="true"><li style="margin-left: 24px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">Creating and implementing a process, policies and procedure for onboarding new Grants &amp; Contracts Specialists.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: 24px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">Determine success measures for a functional program.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: 24px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">Identify gaps in policies and procedures and convene cross-functional staff to provide input or agreement to complete the procedures.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: 24px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">Ensuring public resources are allocated and spent appropriately and high-quality services are delivered to vulnerable older adults and people with disabilities.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: 24px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">Advise ADS and HSD leadership and defend recommendations on final policies and procedures</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: 24px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">Lead internal communications about the policies and programs they oversee</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: 24px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">Effectively navigate and negotiate discussions between policy and process, knowing when to elevate to leaders, and how best to represent the Contracts Unit and ADS’ positions.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: 24px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">Coordinate, manage, and facilitate the work of groups across functional and department lines.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left: 24px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;"><span style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">Act on authority from the ADS Deputy Division Director and Contracts Manager to continue improvements to the administrative and technical performance of the ADS Contracts Unit.
