Celigo is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute creative, performance driven marketing programs that drive growth through our channel partner ecosystem. This role owns the marketing relationship with key partners, driving demand, co-selling opportunities, and brand awareness across partner landscapes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands on marketer who excels at building better together narratives. You have a track record of executing multi channel campaigns that benefit both Celigo and our partners, a deep understanding of the channel ecosystem, and the ability to navigate complex, cross functional relationships.
What would you do if hired?
Partner Strategy and Co Marketing Ownership
- Support the execution of annual and quarterly joint marketing plans with key strategic partners and build scalable marketing plans for our core partners.
- Translate Celigo’s value proposition into better together messaging frameworks tailored to specific partner audiences.
- Help to manage the partner marketing calendar, ensuring a steady drumbeat of activities that align with both Celigo launch cycles and revenue marketing campaigns.
Pipeline and Ecosystem Impact
- Drive Partner Sourced and Partner Influenced MQLs through targeted co marketing motions including webinars, events, and digital campaigns.
- Create scalable marketing campaigns and programs by leveraging existing campaigns from Celigo’s Revenue Marketing calendar.
- Own the performance metrics for partner programs, including lead flow, conversion rates, and ROI on co marketing spend.
- Support and enable Partner Account Managers to promote campaigns, support partner events and scalable marketing programs.
- Partner with Sales teams to ensure alignment on driving event registrations, lead follow up and co selling motions.
Content and Enablement
- Create partner specific sales enablement tools, including co branded slide decks, collateral, email content, and enable partner case studies.
- Develop Marketing in a Box kits to empower partners to market Celigo effectively to their own customer bases..
Execution and Event Management
- Execute high impact partner events like seminars, lunch and learns, happy hours and executive dinners partner experiences. Build, track and manage event campaigns from promotion (landing page and social), internal and external enablement to drive registrations, and post-event reporting to define performance.
- Enable co marketing execution, including joint email campaigns, virtual events, social media promotions, and featured placements in partner comms.
Measurement, Optimization, and Reporting
- Track and report on the effectiveness of partner programs, utilizing data to define what’s working, advocate for budget and resource allocation.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance. Tweaking content, CTAs, distribution and enablement based on what’s scalable for both Celigo and our partners.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Abilities
- Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport and influence external partner teams.
- Joint Value Messaging: Strong ability to synthesize complex products into one compelling GTM story (Celigo + Partner).
- Orchestration: Higher level project management skills to coordinate between internal teams and external partner stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to track lead attribution across multiple marketing channels and tactics.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 to 3 years specifically in Partner Marketing or Channel Marketing within the SaaS space.
- Experience with SaaS, bonus if that includes integration or ERP ecosystem (such as NetSuite, Shopify, or BigCommerce) experience.
- Proven track record of managing partner initiatives and delivering co branded campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $$80,000 and $115,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
