Job Description
The Axonius Product Design team is seeking a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to take end-to-end ownership of a highly complex and technical domain. You will operate with high autonomy, partnering with a dedicated Product Manager and R&D to solve critical product pain points and simplify intricate logic. This is a high-impact role requiring a seasoned designer who can articulate complex solutions to senior leadership and thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Full Domain Ownership: Lead the UX/UI strategy and execution for the Automation domain, transforming complex logic into intuitive user experiences.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, R&D, and Technical Writers to deliver feasible, high-quality designs within a dedicated squad.
- Executive Communication: Present and "sell" design solutions to senior management, articulating the business and user value of complex workflows.
- Independent Problem Solving: Proactively research and troubleshoot UX friction points, taking initiative to improve the product without waiting for detailed instructions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Product Experience: 4-5+ years as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS companies.
- Technical Complexity: Proven experience designing highly complex platforms, technical workflows, or multi-layered systems.
- Research & Data: Strong ability to conduct independent user research and interpret qualitative/quantitative feedback.
- Design Mastery: High-fidelity craft skills and proficiency in Figma.
- Communication: Excellent English (verbal and written) with strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience designing automation systems, no-code builders, or complex logic-based engines.
- Industry Background: Direct experience in the Cybersecurity sector.
Adaptability: Experience working in unstructured, fast-growing environments while maintaining compliance and high delivery standards.
