Join our team at Terex/Genie and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative Parts to contribute to the Genie Parts Customer Service.

As a Customer Service Representative Parts at Genie, based in Oud Gastel (Roosendaal), you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our busy, multilingual, and international Parts Customer Service Department within the mechanical equipment industry. Your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely deliveries, all while delivering excellent customer service.
What you’ll do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, CRM, and other channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information on parts availability, pricing, and order status.
- Process parts orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints proactively.
- Collaborate with Sales, Materials, Logistics, and Technical Support to address customer needs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer service experience.
- Participate in ongoing personal development and training.
What you’ll bring
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within the automotive, machinery, or logistics industry.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written). An additional language as German, French or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn new products and processes and willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ERP systems, such as Oracle.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
