Your Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking an Account Exectuive III within our Chewy Advertising team in Boston. As an Account Executive III you’ll have the responsibility for account planning, strategizing, forecasting, and selling through advertising solutions for our family of vendors. Working closely with Category Management, Merchandising, and Product Management, you will have primary ownership of customer relationships with your marketing counterparts. Succesful candidates should be charaismatic, comfortable with ambiguity, and have experience delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Be an expert on Chewy Advertising’s solutions (and help us roll out new offerings)
- Quarterback an account team ensuring campaigns meet the client’s objectives with flawless execution
- Act as a vendor’s primary contact on all things pertaining to Chewy Advertising
- Forecast, own, and grow annual revenue goals
- Produce material for, and lead, client meetings pre- and post-sale
- Analyze data to provide campaign optimizations and influence future campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams including Category Management, Site Merchandising, and Marketing
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience selling digital advertising
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability and willingness to develop and/or contribute to process improvement, through inventing new and simplifying existing
- Previous experience analysing data and accessing performance drivers
- Ability to advise advertising partners on best practices and areas of opportunity, identifying risk and effectively navigate through issues
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
- Excited by a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Travel expected for industry tradeshows and vendor meetings as needed

The base salary range for this role is $118,500 - $207,000.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
