What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Develop and lead complex projects, managing plans to achieve objectives and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans to foster organizational growth and profitability.
- Facilitate agreements and achieve targets through effective communication and collaboration with major business units.
- Evaluate and develop new market initiatives and business opportunities, creating innovative solutions to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Support Business Development leads in identifying potential transactions and provide insights on risks and opportunities.
- Engage with team members for ad hoc business implementation support, ensuring accurate data maintenance and driving planning and change management.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration
- Ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and support staff across multiple areas
- Strong organizational/negotiation skills and time management capability to prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Master’s degree with significant pharmaceutical experience
- Knowledge of market dynamics and customer-specific insights
- Proven ability to lead within a complex matrix environment, effectively managing geographically dispersed resources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with strategic planning and business development in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to influence and drive change within an organization
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such
as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance
