The Business Technology Experience team works across the entire customer journey, enabling AT&T to acquire and service customers in ways that streamline our operations and also improve our customer satisfaction. 

Our methodology is customer-first, and we act as change agents in the company to unlock business performance through design. We’re working with both industry standard tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, while leveraging bleeding edge AI technology like Lovable and Copilot to push our design to new heights in terms of quality and speed-to-market. 

What you'll need:

  • Advanced knowledge of UX design principles.  

  • Contributes to the design vision and direction for the experience, from research and concept development to design and launch. 

  • Partner with product managers, design/research/engineering peers, and business stakeholders to define customer-centered experience requirements and design solutions that address user needs and business goals.  

  • Actively identify and track metrics / trends relevant to the success of our product experience goals.  

  • Can independently manage multiple large-scale projects involving the management of both internal and external talent. -Responsible for applying those levels of knowledge and professional experience to the development of AT&T design processes, roles and resources.  

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience.  
  • 8+ years with working knowledge of managing projects independently.  

Our Principal UX Designer/Architect, earns between $158,200-$237,400 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
