Accenture Banking Technology Unit is part of the Accenture’s global capability network, and we serve several clients in Nordics and globally. We are now looking for Senior Banking Data & AI Manager. As a manager, you will be leading Accenture teams, providing senior advisory and implementation services for our banking clients’ leaders and driving our growth in industry. Your main goal is to help our clients to succeed in their initiatives – no matter whether it is on planning or execution stage. Your detailed work description and responsibilities will be determined by your engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure technical transformation is aligned with business goals and processes, and follows the architecture blueprints defined
- Banking data & AI expert within Accenture industry group
- Problem and issue solving, analysis and functional expertise
- Taking part or leading our sales and thought leadership pursuits within the industry
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a technical or business school
- Ideally you would have at least 10 years of experience working in banking data & AI domain
- Experience on leading people and initiatives and delivering clear and inspiring stakeholder communication
- Strong business acumen & technical knowledge on the banking data & AI models and sources. We expect a strong understanding of data & AI from a business perspective, beyond seeing data as just technical attributes.
- We appreciate experience on the legacy data warehousing, data lake or modern cloud solutions. Databricks experience is seen as benefit.
- We are also looking for experience in scaling AI capabilities in financial services clients.
- Experience in Microsoft AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Gemini or Anthropic, as well as Agentic Architectures will be beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Swedish and English
- Important: We can consider only EU citizens or candidates already resident in Sweden.
