We are seeking a Product Owner with solid experience in managing digital initiatives and a strong interest in Generative Artificial Intelligence. This role will be key in driving the successful delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical implementation and value realization.
The position is based in Madrid in a hybrid work model, combining some days from home and others on-site to ensure high‑value interactions with your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and hold a valid work permit.
Functions
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of Generative AI projects, ensuring roadmap alignment and robust delivery governance.
Define, prioritize and manage product roadmaps and backlogs, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers and software teams to validate technical approaches and ensure scalable architectures.
Oversee execution metrics, risks, dependencies and sprint performance, ensuring alignment with business value and timelines.
Responsibilities
Drive Agile project governance, coordinating Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement and delivery KPIs across multidisciplinary teams.
Translate business objectives into functional and technical specifications for AI-driven features, including LLM-based components, RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph‑based workflows and prompt‑engineering mechanisms.
Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to review solution designs, ensure model integration patterns, data flows and evaluation strategies meet enterprise‑grade standards.
Manage stakeholder expectations across business, data and engineering areas, ensuring prioritization frameworks and value‑driven decision making.
