Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive excellence in quality assurance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate the adoption of best practices in testing and quality assurance across the organization. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in test automation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Experience with automation frameworks and tools. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
