What You'll Do at Pega:
Full enterprise systems lifecycle management implementation and enhancements
• Implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Assist with cloud migration initiatives and develop strategies for moving applications and data across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
• Optimize existing cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Establish best practices, standards, and governance for Hybrid and Cloud usage across the organization.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement cloud-native solutions
• Improving existing technical solutions to help Pega automate technical and business processes to add business value
Who You Are:
• A great collaborator and team player
• Cloud Experienced: Proficiency in AWS and other cloud providers, with the ability to implement solutions leveraging the strengths of each cloud provider.
• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation.
• Security and Compliance: Knowledge of cloud security best practices, identity and access management, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) 45.
• A person with in-depth understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows, applications and services)
What You've Accomplished:
• Bachelor degree in related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years’ experience in relevant disciplines at similar sized company.
• 7+ years technical infrastructure knowledge in server operating systems such as Linux, VMware ESX, Microsoft Windows, Dell hardware
• Hands on experience administering Enterprise Storage Solutions such as Pure Storage, Rubrik and Cohesity.
• Implemented technical solutions to improve, automate existing technical or business processes in a hybrid-cloud environment

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 196,800 - 299,900 PLN annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
