Picture Yourself at Pega:
You will play a key role in system administration across the GTM Technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize, adopt, and scale our technology investments. Your work will enable a unified GTM technology stack, driving both adoption and measurable value.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- System Administration
- Serve as administrative support for a variety of GTM tools and platforms within the GTM Technology Stack.
- Implement and maintain single sign-on (SSO) and de/provisioning processes across all GTM tools.
- Conduct regular audits of licenses to confirm optimal utilization and cost efficiency.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Actively participate with vendors, coordinate regular check-ins, and ensure product updates and new releases are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Help coordinate renewals across vendors, internal stakeholders, and procurement.
- Knowledge Management & Training
- Build and maintain the GTM Knowledge Base, including self-guided training materials and user documentation.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all relevant tools, covering scope, administration, user management, and security protocols.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain data used to support reporting dashboards, monitor adoption, and identify opportunities for improved engagement.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to inform tool enhancements and address issues impacting user experience.
- Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data privacy, and security protocols.
- Support workflows, APIs, and compliance requirements in partnership with cross-functional teams.

You thrive on helping others maximize technology and tools, building relationships, and driving tangible results.
What You've Accomplished:
- 2+ years of professional experience in general administration, operations, or systems administration.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time.
- Familiarity with trends in GTM technology
- Experience with SSO, reporting/dashboard tools, and automation platforms.
- Experience working cross-functionally to manage workflows, APIs, compliance requirements, and SSO implementation.

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 60,400 - 90,275 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
