Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable Oracle SCM Functional Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Procurement, Order Management, Product Data Hub (PDH), and Pricing. This role requires a solid understanding of integration with CPQ systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with Subscription Management. Having at least one implementation experience is a plus.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle SCM modules.
- Configure and maintain Oracle SCM modules related to Procurement, Order Management, PDH, and Pricing.
- Conduct functional testing to ensure system integrity and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide clear and concise functional specifications.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain documentation related to processes, configurations, and functional specifications.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: Procurement, Order Management, PDH, and Pricing.
- Experience with integration to CPQ systems like Salesforce (SFDC).
- Familiarity with Subscription Management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) is a plus
- At least one implementation experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to write functional specifications and perform functional testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
