Job Description

Our Company

At Teradata, we believe that people thrive when empowered with better information. That’s why we built the most complete cloud analytics and data platform for AI. By delivering harmonized data, trusted AI, and faster innovation, we uplift and empower our customers—and our customers’ customers—to make better, more confident decisions. The world’s top companies across every major industry trust Teradata to improve business performance, enrich customer experiences, and fully integrate data across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Experience Enablement & Governance Manager, you will run end-to-end program delivery for the Product Experience initiatives: pattern rollouts, governance programs, advocacy pilots, and sprint facilitation. You will own portfolio roadmaps, capacity planning, intake/prioritization, tooling/automation for contribution and governance workflows, and program KPIs, enabling product experience teams to adopt patterns predictably and at scale. You will focus on operational and immediate program execution.

  1. Lead end-to-end program delivery for Product Experience initiatives (pattern rollouts, governance programs, advocacy pilots, and sprints) from intake through release and retrospective.
  2. Build and maintain the team’s portfolio roadmap, dependency map, release-readiness checklists, and migration runbooks for pattern and IA changes.
  3. Manage capacity planning and allocation for the team’s workstreams (information architects, strategists, interns, contractors).
  4. Operate and evolve tooling and automations that support pattern distribution, metadata validation, contribution tracking, and governance workflows.
  5. Define, execute, and enforce intake metadata and prioritization workflows, ensuring alignment with the Design Strategy and product roadmaps.
  6. Track and publish program KPIs (delivery predictability, on-time releases, adoption velocity, intake completeness) and run continuous improvement cycles.
  7. Facilitate stakeholder readiness checks, risk mitigation and escalation, retrospectives, post-mortems, and cross-functional coordination (Product, Eng, CloudOps, ProductOps, Legal).

Who You’ll Work With

As the Senior Experience Enablement & Governance Manager, you will collaborate with UX product management, content, design, research, product management, engineering, insights analysis, CloudOps, marketing, information architecture, and field teams, primarily focusing on the program discovery stage for product experience projects through to engineering handoff.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, design operations, or product operations with cross-functional delivery responsibilities.
  • Proven experience running multi-team initiatives (roadmaps, release readiness, retros).
  • Strong tooling fluency (Jira/Confluence, Figma, CI/PR templates, basic automation).
  • Excellent stakeholder management: comfortable with product, engineering, analytics, legal, content, and design leaders.
  • Data-driven: experience defining and reporting KPIs and dashboards.
  • Fluent English & Spanish.
  • Eligible to work in Mexico.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with design systems, Information Architecture/taxonomy projects, or large pattern catalog programs.
  • Background in accessibility, localization readiness, or compliance-driven delivery.
  • Experience with analytics instrumentation (defining events, using Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
  • Knowledge of cloud/platform release practices and CI/CD pipelines.
