Role Overview

The Office Manager, Taiwan ensures smooth daily operations, maintains compliance with Taiwan and Greater China regulatory requirements, and provides administrative, operational, and marketing/event support.

What You'll Do

Office Operations & Administration

  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations including facilities, vendors, logistics, mail, equipment, workspace setup, and inventory.
  • Support onboarding logistics, workplace policies, and flexible working arrangements to ensure a positive employee experience.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Support Taiwan statutory compliance including tax filings, labor submissions, and company license renewals.
  • Maintain company chop/seal usage logs in accordance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with Greater China teams on cross‑border compliance processes and documentation.

HR & Employee Support

  • Assist with HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and wellness initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee administrative and workplace support needs.

Events & Marketing Support

  • Support Taiwan and Greater China customer events, seminars, executive visits, and internal activities.
  • Coordinate marketing logistics, venues, vendors, and on‑site support.

Business Operations Coordination

  • Liaise with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to support business processes.
  • Assist with documentation management, contract routing, vendor onboarding, and compliance‑related workflows.

Who You'll Work With

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, compliance, operations, or a related function
  • Strong written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Experience working in a regulated business environment preferred

  • 支援新進員工報到流程、內部辦公政策及彈性/混合辦公安排,確保員工有良好的工作體驗。

法規遵循(台灣與大中華區)

  • 支援台灣法規遵循事項,包括稅務申報、勞工相關申報及公司執照續辦作業。
  • 管理公司印章(Chop / Seal)及其使用紀錄,確保符合內控與法規要求。
  • 與大中華區團隊密切合作,協調跨境合規流程與相關文件。

人資與員工支援

  • 協助人資相關流程,包括員工入職與離職、文件管理及員工福祉/關懷計畫。
  • 作為員工行政與辦公室相關事務的支援窗口,提供即時且專業的協助。

活動與行銷支援

  • 支援台灣及大中華區的客戶活動、研討會、內外部活動與高階主管來訪。
  • 協助行銷與活動後勤安排,包括場地、供應商及現場支援。

業務營運協調

  • 與銷售、法務、財務及營運團隊緊密合作,支援跨部門營運需求。
  • 協助文件管理、合約流程、供應商建檔與合規相關作業。

  • 具備流利的中英文溝通能力(書寫與口說)
  • 具備在高度監管或跨國企業環境中工作的經驗尤佳
