Why You're a Fit
Job Description
We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.
This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
THE ROLE
As our Senior CX Program Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the Customer Experience organization, transforming high-level strategy into tangible culture and engagement. You’ll serve as a high-impact change agent, bridging the gap between CX leadership and frontline teams to ensure our global mission is communicated clearly and celebrated often. By orchestrating marquee events and synthesizing field feedback into action, you will directly influence the connectivity and continuous improvement of our worldwide CX community.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Architect CX Engagement & Connectivity: Design and execute end-to-end global programs, including All Hands and leadership forums, ensuring content aligns with business priorities and fosters a high-performance culture.
- Operationalize the Voice of the Field: Synthesize insights from CSAT and NPS programs into actionable corrective plans, driving accountability across GTM functions to close the loop on customer and employee feedback.
- Champion Strategic Communications: Draft and manage high-impact internal communications and change management workflows, ensuring every member of the CX team understands their role in the company’s broader success.
- Optimize the CX Knowledge Ecosystem: Own the CX HUB and operational project portfolios, maintaining a "source of truth" that reduces friction for frontline teams and scales operational efficiency.
- Drive Cross-Functional Synergy: Lead collaborative projects between CX and GTM teams to ensure program outcomes are measurable, repeatable, and directly contribute to long-term business growth.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8 years of Program Management and/or communications experience required
- Background in Project Management, in particular with aligning multiple groups around a single objective
- Program Orchestration: Proven ability to align multiple cross-functional groups around a single objective, managing complex timelines and competing priorities without losing sight of the details.
- Strategic Communication & Change Management: Expert-level skills in drafting clear, compelling narratives and leading organizations through process changes and cultural shifts.
- Analytical Problem Solving: A self-starter mindset with the ability to synthesize data from feedback programs (like NPS/CSAT) into structured project plans and executive-level reporting.
- Operational Tech Fluency: Proficiency in maintaining real-time project repositories and digital collaboration tools (such as Google Workspace) to drive transparency and global accessibility.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, Lehi or North Carolina office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
