Job Description

We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

As the Client Services Manager, you will be the driving force behind the execution of high-impact global B2B marketing campaigns and brand assets. You will bridge organizational silos by uniting creative workflows with business priorities to ensure every product launch and sponsorship moment is strategically grounded. In this role, you’ll collaborate with leaders across Demand, Content, Finance, and Product to stand up Client Services as a core PMO capability that maximizes creative ROI.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Orchestrate Global Workflows: Lead the end-to-end creative intake, prioritization, and delivery process for internal and external agencies, ensuring brand consistency and campaign readiness for high-visibility global initiatives.
  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Partner with Brand and IMM leadership to translate business goals into actionable creative briefs, facilitating seamless communication between creative studios and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Optimize Marketing Operations: Own the governance of our creative tech stack—including Asana reporting and the transition to a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system—to standardize metadata, taxonomy, and trafficking processes.
  • Manage Financial & Resource Stewardship: Interface with Finance and Procurement to oversee SOWs and budget alignment via Allocadia, ensuring all creative resourcing is utilized efficiently to meet organizational KPIs.
  • Represent the Editorial Board: Triage and prioritize creative resourcing needs across the enterprise, serving as the primary liaison to ensure project visibility and timely feedback loops for all active workstreams.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Creative Operations Expertise: Deep experience navigating the creative development lifecycle—from initial briefing and concepting to production and final asset trafficking—within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: A proven ability to unify diverse teams—such as Engineering, Sales, and Brand—around shared objectives, acting as a trusted consultant who translates complex requirements into clear creative direction.
  • Technical Proficiency in Marketing Systems: Mastery of project management and DAM tools (like Asana, Bynder, or Frontify) with the ability to establish data-driven standards for asset governance and reporting.
  • Operational Discipline: An outcomes-oriented mindset with the skill to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strict quality standards and brand integrity.
