The HR Specialist will contribute to enhance the effectiveness of the BHR Partners team by providing analysis of key indicators, leading operational excellence in HR processes, and generating data-driven recommendations for decision-making, risk management, and the continuous improvement of leader and employee experience.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

 • Lead the creation, updating, and improvement of HR dashboards and reports, and ensure their proper interpretation, turning data into actionable insights for BHR management.

• Analyze key metrics and indicators, offering recommendations to optimize processes, resolve identified issues, and anticipate risks.

• Coordinate, execute, and improve Employee Life Cycle processes.

• Prepare, manage, and ensure compliance with documentation for legal and audit requirements (contracts, temporary assignments, scholarships, files).

• Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover causes, and present recommendations based on relevant findings.

• Provide operational support and advisory services in low and medium complexity labor relations, documenting and recommending actions consistent with current regulations.

• Review, update, and propose adjustments to internal HR policies based on trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

• Promote standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and methodologies, fostering a culture of efficiency and quality.

• Actively participate in strategic projects, organizational analysis, and other key business initiatives.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

SKILLS

• Advanced Excel and expert data management skills.

• English proficiency at B2 level.(C1 preferred)

• Analytical capacity, judgment for making recommendations.

• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes.

• Ability to interact, influence, and present recommendations to internal stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar position.
