Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Siemens PLM to SAP Integration Architect with extensive expertise in Siemens TeamCenter Unified and its integration with SAP ERP. This is a client-facing advisory role that requires an individual to lead and design high-level architecture for PLM-to-SAP integration, including inbound EBOM/MBOM flows to SAP.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing and design processes, Siemens PLM applications, and integration methodologies to ensure seamless connectivity between PLM systems and SAP. As part of a greater team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the architectural design of the larger system base and advising the client on leading practices for both PLM and ERP pillars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advisory and Leadership:
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on PLM-to-SAP integration and alignment with leading practices for both systems.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, explain solution options, and align designs with business objectives.
- Technical Solution Architecture:
- Design high-level architecture for seamless integration between Siemens TeamCenter and SAP ERP, focusing on inbound flows (e.g., EBOM/MBOM).
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for PLM-SAP integration, including L1/L2-level documentation for initial project phases.
- Develop data synchronization strategies to ensure accurate and consistent data exchange between PLM and SAP systems.
- Optimization and Troubleshooting:
- Optimize existing integrations for enhanced performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring system stability across the PLM and ERP environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience advising clients on leading practices in system design and overall process flows
- 4 years of Siemens TeamCenter Unified and its design principles, with a focus on integration methodologies.
- Experience leading and managing a project team of up to 5 or more employees
Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
- You must live local to St. Louis, MO OR be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday-Thursday
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Siemens PLM Certification.
- Experience with TeamCenterX or other cloud-based PLM solutions.
- Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry-specific processes and regulations.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
