Job Description

The PM develops project plans, estimates, and other materials relevant to the oversight and execution of the program objectives and constraints. The PM monitors team delivery activities and financial performance and engages with customers / stakeholders to report on progress, issues, risks and mitigations.

Must have:

Experience managing large multi-task contracts of this scope and complexity
Experience working with multiple specialties in a “one-team” environment
Experience across a variety of technical and/or consulting disciplines
Demonstrated leadership qualities through prior experience working with senior management to find solutions for customers and leading teams
Working knowledge of project management concepts and principles
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to have:

Program Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders and collaborators across the Intelligence Community
Knowledge of funding mechanisms and the IC budget cycle
Knowledge of data and software architecture and principles
Experience with advanced analytical methodologies
Experience with process analysis and improvement

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$140,400—$265,300 USD
