YouTrack is a project management and team collaboration tool by JetBrains, available both in the cloud and on-premises. Thousands of teams worldwide rely on YouTrack to plan work, track progress, and collaborate efficiently – from software development to marketing and operations.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the YouTrack team and help us coordinate our cross-functional initiatives. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver features that make YouTrack even more powerful and user-friendly.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage YouTrack development projects from planning to release.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain clear timelines, priorities, and communication channels.
  • Identify risks and dependencies, and help the team mitigate them early.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine project management practices within the YouTrack team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English.
