About the Role
As a Business Systems Engineer at Synthesia, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimising our revenue operations and systems. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will help ensure our Salesforce environment and wider business systems are controlled, scalable, and efficient as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Systems Support
Assist in the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, security, profiles, and permissions.
Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and cleansing.
Configure objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports in Salesforce.
Support integration management between Salesforce and other tools in our revenue tech stack (e.g., Hubspot, SalesLoft, Gong).
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to minimise business disruption.
Process Optimisation & Automation
Support the Business Systems Lead in consolidating and optimising workflows and automations.
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Assist in developing and implementing automation using declarative Salesforce tools (e.g., Flows, Workato).
Document business processes and system configurations for future reference.
Change Management & Training
Assist with change requests and system enhancements, ensuring thorough testing before deployment.
Contribute to training material creation and deliver user training sessions to drive adoption.
Collaborate with commercial and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into system improvements.
Skills and Experience
1–3 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator or Business Systems Analyst role, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth company.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
Familiarity with tools in our tech stack or similar: Hubspot, Outreach, Cognism, Ironclad, Planhat, Workato, ZoomInfo.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and wider automation ecosystem (Flows, iPaaS).
Basic proficiency in SQL for data analysis is a plus.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally.
Detail-oriented with an automation-first mindset.
