Job Description
The CFO at ThoughtSpot is looking for an Associate to work on a full time, short term basis to accelerate programs and to support projects to help Finance Department become a center of excellence for the company.
What is the Role:
Provide leverage to execute follow through on programs and operations to advance CFO priorities
Assist in validating data to help the finance team such as benchmarks, third party comps, and public company data.
Support projects in working directly with CFO to rebuild reports and data tracking to support overall company information management
Accelerate data collection for operational systems micro processes to enable change in more efficient operations built with upgraded SAAS work or with new AI applications.
Act in concert with CFO to follow up on projects with cross functional stake holders to ensure that actions are closed and overall teams are operating with Intensity
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or STEM field
1+ years of experience of business operations or business analysis
Proficiency in excel and Google workspace tools; Curiosity to have learned how to apply AI tools to work.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Clear communicator; Organized project management; Orientation to produce results
Hybrid Work at ThoughtSpot
This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position, reporting to the office in India - Bangalore.Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week. This approach balances the benefits of in-person collaboration and peer learning with the flexibility needed by individuals and teams.
