Job Summary
今回募集するSolutions Engineer ポジションは、お客様にネットアップの技術的価値を理解いただくため、社内・社外の関係者と連携し、大規模・戦略アカウントにおけるテクニカルアプローチ戦略を立案・実行していただきます。
・通信、メディア業界のお客様を担当し、お客様の課題・戦略や業界の技術トレンドを深く理解した上で課題解決策の提案を技術的な観点から主導していただきます。ネットアップのテクノロジーを軸に、関連する技術要素を組み合わせて積極的にビジネスチャンスを発掘、価値提案を行っていただきます。
・お客様のITインフラや運用課題を深く理解し、お客様と一体となってProof of Conceptを設計・実施・評価し、その結果を踏まえた新しいテクノロジー導入をお客様とともに推進していただきます。
・社内のサポート部門や関係各所と連携を取りながら業務を進めていただきます。
・お客様の技術的な背景や将来像を踏まえ、意思決定層・技術者向けにワークショップやカスタマーブリーフィングを実施していただきます。
Job Requirements
必要な条件/経験
・IT業界において、大規模またはミッションクリティカルなシステムを対象としたプリセールス／技術提案のご経験（目安：8年程度または以上）
・仮想化、コンテナ、パブリッククラウド、Kubernetes、高可用性／性能設計、サイバーセキュリティ 等の技術領域において、設計・検討・技術導入に関与したご経験
・エンタープライズ向けストレージ（NAS/SAN/Object）に関する設計・提案経験、またはそれに準ずる深い理解
・技術的な背景や選定理由を、技術者および意思決定層の双方にわかりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション能力
・社内外の技術者と協働し、複雑な課題に粘り強く取り組める姿勢
望ましい応募条件
・大規模Webサービス／通信事業者向けシステムの設計・提案経験
・英語による技術情報のリーディング、および海外ベンダーとの技術的コミュニケーション経験
・Azure、AWS、GCP等のクラウド認定資格やAI/Kubernetes等の資格
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

雇用形態：正社員・期間の定め無
試⽤期間：3か月（試用期間中の勤務条件に変更はありません）
就業時間：9:00－17:30 （フレックス制 or 裁量労働制）
