About the Role
Join a high-impact team that partners directly with senior leadership to drive strategic priorities and enable transformation across Reinvention Services. As part of the Chief of Staff support team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the Chief Services Officer and his leadership teams are focused and prepared for the key client programs and internal governance.

What You’ll Do

  • Orchestrate leadership governance: manage agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Track and follow through: log decisions and actions, ensuring accountability and timely execution.
  • Analyze and improve processes: identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate across the organization: work closely with Reinvention Services leadership, Chiefs of Staff, Marketing + Communications, and Executive Assistants.

  • Strong project and task management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to review high-visibility materials.
  • Strong English communication.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • High-quality deliverables with an attention to detail
  • Project Management
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) and communication in general
  • Experience working with senior leaders
  • Effective collaboration in virtual, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills and confidence in dealing with all levels, including Senior Managing Directors.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Highly flexible, adaptable to quickly changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications

  • Usage of MMS, MMB and other internal tools
  • Financial Management
  • PowerApps/Macros or the interest to learn
