As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Celigo is growing and we’re looking for a Sales Manager for our expansion sales team. This role requires you to work during US business hours, Monday through Friday.

What would you do, if hired?
  • Coach, mentor, and manage a sales team of 5 Account Managers towards maximizing subscription-based ARR with existing clients 
  • Work with other sales leaders to define and execute the optimal sales process for client expansion and retention
  • Ensure accurate and timely team forecasting 
  • Build a pipeline through continual customer contact and collaboration with the Marketing and Channel teams
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle and support the team in resolving any operational issues
Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

  • Proven people leader who coaches, motivates, and holds teams accountable in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Data-driven operator with strong forecasting judgment and comfort running the business by the numbers
  • Customer-centric problem solver who understands buyer pain points and prioritizes long-term value over short-term wins
  • Clear, influential communicator able to align reps, peers, and executives around strategy and execution
  • Resilient, adaptable leader who thrives amid change, ambiguity, and shifting market conditions

Education & Experience 

  • Sales leader with 3+ years of successfully managing an expansion sales team in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience driving deals in the $10-100k ACV range
  • Experience working with both the SMB and MidMarket companies
  • Experience selling to eCommerce and/or high-growth SaaS companies a plus
  • Experience in integration or complex software sales a plus
