margin-top: 0in;" type="disc" data-pasted="true"><li style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;">Provide information, referrals, and research assistance in person, over the phone, and by e-mail to users of City records including current and historical legislation, the Seattle Municipal Code, City Council meeting records, and other materials in a variety of formats (textual and audio, digital and analog)</li><li style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;">Staff a service desk, providing OCC services and referrals to City employees and members of the public</li><li style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;">Guide customers in the effective use of the Office of the City Clerk’s resources, tools, and equipment</li><li style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;">Assist in the administration of the City of Seattle’s domestic partnership registration program and process cash, check, and online payments</li><li style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;">Assist the public disclosure unit in responding to public records requests by helping with navigating Information Services databases</li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt; Alternative Work Arrangements, including remote work, may be considered after training is completed, and will be based on operational needs. Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. may be required.</span></p><p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;"><br></p><p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;"><br></p><p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;"><strong><span style="color:inherit;">Total Compensation and Benefits</span></strong></p><p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;"><br></p>The full salary range for this position is $38.45 - $44.73 per hour.&nbsp;<br><p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;"><span style="color:inherit;">Temporary employees will receive a minimum of $38.56 per hour, plus 5% premium pay in lieu of full City Benefits.
